Quick Ship Guarantee:
Beside the "Add To Cart" button on many items, you will see a note
that says "Quick Ship". These are regular stock items which
usually ship same day if ordered before noon Eastern time. In the
unlikely event that we are unable to ship out an item designated as "Quick
Ship" on the same day, we will notify you ASAP by email and give you an
option to wait for the estimated delivery date or cancel the order. If
you decide to wait we'll refund 15% of your purchase price. Orders
received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders completed using a payment method such as eCheck or EFT will not ship until it is verified that the funds have cleared.
Please Note: After your order is complete you will need to verify your address before we can ship your order. Please do this as soon as your order is placed so there will be no holds placed on your order. Delayed shipping on any orders due to failure to verify your address will void the quick ship guarantee.
Low Stock & Special Orders:
Items which are marked as "Low Stock", "Special order" or "2 Week Delivery"
may not be available for immediate shipment, and/or may be subject to supplier availablity.
Should the product be unavailable we will contact you to determine if you would
like to cancel your order or wait until the product is available.
Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation
unless otherwise specified. We will make every attempt to provide
same day shipping on orders received after 12 pm and upon address verification, however we make no guarantee
on this.
Insurance:
Shipping insurance is optional and strongly recommended to protect your merchandise
from damage or loss during shipping. All items are shipped in excellent
condition, but damage and loss can sometimes occur during shipping. Should
you choose not to insure your package, we can not be responsible for loss or damage
incurred during shipping. In the event of loss or damage it will be necessary for you to file a claim and provide all requested information to the USPS to assist in their investigation. Insurance claim forms can be downloaded here. Any insurance claims must comply with postal regulations including time limits and filing requirements.

Tracking:
USPS Delivery Confirmation is included on all shipments. This is not a full tracking system. It generally provides only confirmation that the package was delivered or delivery was attempted.
It is not unusual for the delivery confirmation system to say that they have no record of the package until it is scanned at delivery time. We can not provide any further tracking information other than our records of when a package was mailed and the USPS delivery confirmation status. Usually a link to the delivery confirmation status page will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please refer to the email we sent to check the delivery confirmation status. Online Auctions:
Items purchased through our ebay sales are governed by the shipping policy listed in the terms and conditions of the auction listing.
